Ingredients
- 120 g Les vergers Boiron lime purée – Code: ACV0C6
- 200 g Les vergers Boiron strawberry purée – Code: AFA1C6
- 700 ml filtered water
- 100 g raw sugar
- fresh basil
Method
- Defrost the lime and strawberry purées in the fridge.
- Mix the purées with the water and sugar until completely dissolved.
- Add a few finely chopped basil leaves and leave to infuse in the fridge.
- Pour over ice, top up with a little sparkling water and garnish with pieces of fresh strawberry.
The lime purée, made from ripe limes with no additives, adds an aromatic tartness that balances the sweetness of the strawberries.
