Discover our Vergers Boiron apricot puree made with 100% Bergeron apricots grown in Valence, France. The fruit is harvested when fully ripe, then transformed into a frozen fruit puree. This puree retains the full flavour of sun-ripened apricots, their natural vibrant colour, and an optimal texture for cocktails, desserts and other recipes.
