Leave to thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes. Ventilated oven : Preheat the oven to 170°C / 340°F , then cook the croissants 16 – 18 min at 170°C / 340°F. Time and temperature to adapt to equipment.

Wheat flour, water, beurre (15%), sugars (sugar and invert sugar syrup), almonds (5.5%), yeast, whole eggs, wheat gluten, salt, enzymes (hemicellulases, xylanases, amylases, cellulases, transglutaminases), egg white powder, E472e : mono- and diacetyltartaric esters of mono- and diglycerides, alcohol, malted wheat flour, deactivated yeast, E300: ascorbic acid.
