What is premium frozen mochi?
Mochi is a dessert typically served at Japanese tea ceremonies. It consists of a glutinous rice flour dough with a sweet red bean stuffed centre. Frozen mochi is its North-American cousin. It appeals to a broader pool of customers by substituting the bean dough for melting creamy frozen filling.
