To preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the product, Les vergers Boiron recommend thawing the product in its sealed original packaging at +2/+4°C (+35/+39°F).
To make it easier for you to unmould or slice your frozen puree, we recommend one of the following methods: Remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes before removing the lid; Or leave the lid and cover on and place the whole tray under warm water for at least 30 seconds before removing the lid and cover.
To get a perfectly even quality product, Les vergers Boiron recommend thawing the whole product and mixing it.
