Fresh frozen tagliatelle pasta made with fresh eggs. Its excellent firmness when cooked and high resistance make it an ideal product for restaurants.

In boiling water:
– Pour the frozen pasta into boiling water.
– Cook for about 1 min.
– Drain and toss in the pan with the prepared sauce.
In the pan:
– Place the frozen pasta into the pan with the sauce (for 1 serving, 200 g pasta + 200 g sauce + 1/4 cup water (50 cc) and 1 tablespoon oil (10 g)
– Cook over medium heat for about 4 min., stirring occasionally to help thaw the pasta. It is recommended to keep the pan covered.

Durum wheat semolina, Water, Barn eggs.
