Serving our frozen mushroom ravioli
Our mushroom pasta invites you to prepare side dishes, starters, mains, and even spooned canapes with a sprinkle of parmesan. Whether served in a cream sauce, butter sauce, white wine sauce, or with a drizzle of olive oil, this mushroom stuffed ravioli is a menu must-have.
Why choose our frozen stuffed mushroom ravioli?
Our fresh frozen pasta uses carefully selected ingredients for a truly artisanal product. The durum wheat semolina is processed in Italy’s best mills, giving this pasta unparalleled elasticity. Also, to ensure optimal dough resilience, the recipe uses 5 to 6 eggs per kilo of flour. Such a high ratio produces a vivid yellow colour and prevents the filling from seeping into the cooking water! The pasta is cast with bronze plates to obtain an artisanal look and porous texture that absorbs sauce.
We take great care with our fresh frozen pasta, and you’ll taste the difference. Gastronomia is Canada’s only importer of this made-in-Italy meal. If you’re looking for a supplier of fresh frozen pasta, Gastronomia has got you covered!
