To preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the product, Les vergers Boiron recommend that you thaw the product in its sealed original packaging at +2/+4°C (+35/+39°F). In order to obtain a perfectly homogenous quality product, Les vergers Boiron advise you to defrost the whole product and to mix it.
Thawing and storage after thawing are the responsibility of the user and must be carried out in compliance with good hygiene practices and HACCP.
