The texts you paste there will be automatically separated into ingredients and preparation steps by the program that recognizes a "newline" character and creates a new ingredient/step for it. We had hundreds of printed recipes that we scanned and uploaded into the program over a few hours. "My Recipes" is the most comprehensive app for managing your favourite recipes! This is not the cheapest app out there, but you get what you are paying for. This is sort of a brute force approach, but we had computer print outs, hand written notes, index cards and random scraps of paper that we are now able to find quickly.
