The Willamette variety provides a pronounced, tangy flavour and a high BRIX, while the Mecker variety adds smoothness and depth. The Mecker variety is more fragile and very sensitive to climatic changes (temperature, rainfall).<\/p>\n<p>Frozen no-sugar-added raspberry puree in 5 kg format is designed for industrial use, in
